I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Dynamic Vinyasa and Fertility Yoga teacher. I currently teach weekly classes in and around Crystal Palace, South London and am available for covers, corporate classes and private 1 to 1 sessions across London.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and dynamic movement, I teach accessible and inclusive yoga to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
